JUNIOR SCHOOL: The School Uniform

TOPS White, grey or maroon polo shirts with school emblem.
Maroon windcheater with school emblem.
School zip jacket with emblem.
BOTTOMS Grey or black shorts/pants (plain).
Tartan skirts or summer dresses

MIDDLE SCHOOL: The School Uniform

TOPS White, grey or maroon polo shirts with school emblem.
M/S Maroon & grey panel polo top with emblem.
Maroon windcheater with school emblem.
School zip jacket with emblem.
BOTTOMS Grey or black shorts/ pants (plain).
Tartan skirts, grey pleated skirts or summer dresses

SENIOR SCHOOL: The School Uniform

TOPS White, grey or maroon polo shirts, with school emblem.
S/S Maroon & grey panel polo top with emblem.
Maroon windcheater with school emblem.
School zip jacket with emblem.
Senior School Jumper.
BOTTOMS Black or grey shorts/trousers/jeans/track pants/skirts or blue denim jeans (plain).
Tartan skirts, grey pleated skirt or summer dresses.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Designated school tops e.g. Senior School Jumper, Wakakirri, Eisteddfod, Active 8 are deemed to be part of school uniform.
  • Plain white, maroon or grey skivvies may be worn under windcheaters.
  • Midriff tops, sleeveless tops, singlets and excessively baggy trousers are not acceptable.
  • Students are reminded that they are not considered to be in uniform if they are wearing a school shirt underneath a windcheater that is not part of the school dress code. In other words the outer garment must be within the guidelines of the school dress code.

EXEMPTIONS:

As negotiated with the Principal. Students who gain exemption are required to wear neat casual and appropriate clothing. No large motived or bold colours are considered appropriate. The Principal/supervisor of the policy also reserve the right to determine 'appropriateness' on an individual basis.

SPORTS WEAR: (Competition sportswear as prescribed by the school.)

TOPS School tops, t-shirts (plain), singlets (plain).
BOTTOMS Sports shorts, school shorts, sports skirts, track pants. Jeans are unacceptable.

FOOTWEAR

Covered footwear must be worn in areas where safety is of high priority viz. tech studies, science laboratory, physical education, agriculture. Sports shoes must be worn for physical education.
PLEASE NOTE: thongs and ugg boots are not acceptable footwear.

HEADWEAR

In Terms 1 and 4, hats must be worn outside when students not under solid shelter.

JEWELLERY & MAKEUP

The wearing of excessive make up is not acceptable. OHW&S guidelines prohibit the wearing of long dangling earings and other potentially hazardous jewellery.
