YAS Finance Information 

 The Materials & Services charges for 2025 have been approved and set by Governing Council.

The M & S fees for 2025 are:

Year Levels               Fee                           

R - 6                          $330 (including stationery and books)

7 - 12                         $450 (without stationery and books)

M & S Rebate Discount 2025 of $200 per student has been applied to each student. 

For Years 7 - 12 students books and stationery must be purchased for commencement of Term 1 2025 in accordance with the Year 7-12 Stationery List 2021.                    

Please note some subjects incur a subject levy, for more information refer to the Senior School Curriculum Handbook

School Card applications are available from the front office or visit to complete an online application HERE.

Account Payments

Payments may be made:

•  via QKR (preferred), Direct Credit, EFTPOS, or Cash.
•  Payment Plan - if you would like to have Direct Debits withdrawn from your bank account please contact the Finance Office.
• Online - school invoices can be paid online HERE using the BPoint payment system.

NOTE Please have your invoice details including the Family ID handy when making a payments online.
